After years of struggling with being overweight, yo-yo dieting and high blood sugar issues, I decided to take control of my life and I share how you can too.  I teach you how to prepare easy  low carb sugar free recipes that are keto & diabetic friendly and will not raise your blood sugar. 

In 2016 I was diagnosed prediabetic and told if I didn't do something, I would become a type 2 diabetic.  I was in denial until I finally couldn't stand living in the current state I was in.   

That's when I decided to change my diet, and in only 3 months, I reversed the signs of prediabetes type 2 by eliminating sugar and eating low carb.  I want you to gain relief from yo yo dieting and feel comfortable in your own skin.  You can do this & I would love to teach you how.

My hope for you is that you will see how simple this lifestyle can be.  There doesn't need to be a lot of cooking skills to master this.
