About Me
I'm Norma and I'm a Low Carb Coach. In 2016, my doctor gave me the diagnosis Prediabetes and said if I didn't make a change, I would become a Type 2 Diabetic. So, I changed my diet. Simply by eliminating sugar and eating a low carb diet, I was able to lower my A1C blood work from Prediabetes to a normal healthy range in only 3 months. I took to social media to share and hold myself accountable, only to discover that so many people were in the same situation I found myself in. I was constantly asked to share what I ate, and how I prepared it.
For this reason, I created this online course that gives you all the tools I used to reverse Prediabetes and maintain my 40 lb weight loss. It's a great starting point.
